The Media option will allow you to manage all the elements that enter and leave the organization through a series of options that generate an adequate record to provide sufficient traceability to determine the origin of possible incidents.
The options provided by GlobalSuite are as follows:

Media Name: For identifying the media being used.

Media Type: To identify whether it is a USB, CD, hard drive, etc.

Input/Output: Allows identifying whether the media has exited, entered, or if it is a temporary input and output.
In this way, a record of the delivery and reception of media is maintained.

Date: Identifies the date on which the media was sent or received.

Duration: Time during which the corresponding media will be used.

Purpose: Defines the specific purpose for which the media will be used.

Data: Allows identifying the type of information contained in the media in question, in order to determine if additional security measures need to be established.

User: Person who has the media in question.
As with the employee option, GlobalSuite® allows the download of the list of input and output records of media.
