Infrastructures

This section allows defining those infrastructure assets owned by the organization.

When accessing the option, a table is displayed that allows performing the following actions:

• New: Allows adding a new asset to the table.

• Delete: Allows deleting a previously defined infrastructure asset. To do this, select the desired row or rows and press the 'Delete' button.

• Download: Allows downloading the list of assets in an editable format (.xlsx) or in .PDF format.

By clicking on the asset link, the configuration options for it are displayed, allowing the following fields to be defined:

• Name: Allows defining the name of the asset.

• Category: Provides the possibility to assign a category to the asset.

• Owner: Enables defining the resource assigned for the management of the asset.

• Configurable attributes: Allows inserting attributes for an infrastructure asset. To do this, attributes can be defined by clicking on the 'New' button, which generates a new entry in the table, editable by double-clicking on the same cell. If you want to insert attributes previously configured in the 'Settings/Analysis Methodologies' section, you must click on the 'Propose configurable attributes' button.

• Address: Allows setting the address where the asset is located.

• Country: Provides the possibility to set the country where the asset is located.

• Alternative infrastructures: Provides the possibility to associate the asset with other infrastructures to rely on in case of disaster.

Dimension Assessment

This section of the form allows evaluating the infrastructure in the dimensions configured for the asset inventory.

The dimensions that appear are configurable in 'Settings - Analysis Methodologies - General Configuration'. It is possible to indicate which dimensions are visible and which are not. If no dimension is visible, this section is not displayed in the infrastructure form.
