Organizational Structure Configuration

This option provides the possibility to define the organizational structure of the organization. For this purpose, the following options are established:

  • New Level: Allows inserting a new entry in the table for the definition of a structural unit. To modify the name, double-click on the cell and include the desired name.

  • Delete: Allows deleting an entry from the table. To do this, select the entry and click the button to remove the level.

  • Move Level Up: Provides the possibility to elevate one or several levels of an already defined entry.

  • Move Level Down: Provides the possibility to descend one or several levels of an already defined entry.

NOTE: The definition of elements of the organizational structure will be displayed in the following options:

  • Home/Service Catalog

  • Home/Business Processes

  • Management/Employees
