This option allows you to view a summarized version of the different assets associated with the entity and sub-entities.

Below, the functionality provided by each of the available tables is detailed.
General filter:

Services Table: The first table that appears at the top left is the services table, and it allows the user to filter the assets associated with the selected Services.

Sub-entities Table: To the right of the Services table, the sub-entities table is displayed, providing the ability to filter the assets defined in the selected sub-entities.

Tag/Value Table: Allows you to view the assets associated with a specific tag.

Provides the ability to view assets by filtering through one or more categories.

Consolidate
Once the necessary filters are set, you must click Consolidate at the top to generate the query.

After clicking the button, and depending on the applied filters, the results will be displayed in the lower table “Consolidation Results”.

The information provided by the table includes the following:

Item: Allows you to view the name of the asset

Category: Provides the ability to view the category to which the asset has been associated

Owner: Displays information about the person responsible for the asset that has been established

Management Unit: Provides the ability to view the entity or sub-entity to which the asset is associated.
