Consolidation Types
The system allows consolidation to be performed in two ways:
Catalog Consolidation
When the consolidation type Catalog is selected, the system will display the existing catalogs in the selected sub-entities, along with the status of each in those sub-entities.
-
If a specific catalog is selected, that catalog will be displayed, indicating its status in each sub-entity.
-
If no catalog is selected, the system will display all available catalogs in the sub-entities included in the consolidation.
This view allows you to quickly compare the implementation status of the same catalog across different entities.
Requirement Consolidation
When the consolidation type Requirement is selected, it is mandatory to select a catalog beforehand.
In this case, the system will display all the requirements of that catalog and the status of each in the selected sub-entities.
This allows you to compare how the same requirement is evaluated in each entity, facilitating the analysis of differences in compliance among sub-entities.
The results are displayed in the lower table 'Consolidation Results'.
