Tickets: Email

This option allows us to synchronize external email accounts with the tool's tickets. To do this, we must configure Email-type connections with the email accounts in the Settings section, and in this tickets tab, define which fields will be used to map the email.

  • Subject: Allows us to define in which field of each ticket the title/subject of the email will be saved when synchronization occurs.

  • Description: Allows us to define in which field of each ticket the body of the email will be saved when synchronization occurs.

  • Mail: Allows us to define in which field of each ticket the sender of the email will be saved when synchronization occurs.
