Ticket Permissions Management:
This option enhances the security and efficiency of the Ticketing system, as it allows managing the privileges of users with access to My Information, preventing possible errors or unwanted changes to the different types of tickets. This provides greater control over who can create or delete tickets and what types of tickets they can handle.
It also allows for greater customization and adaptation of the system to the specific needs of each team or company, ensuring a smoother and more organized workflow in ticket management.
It is possible to configure and customize the permissions for creating and deleting Tickets for users with access to My Information.
These permissions will also apply to the creation of tickets in the tool's input and output tables.
This configuration can be done by Ticket type.
The permissions for creation and deletion will be independent of each other.
