Company Data
This section centralizes the essential information of the company in GlobalSuite®, including general details, language options, and contact data. It allows configuring and consulting the basic aspects of the contracted services and the corporate profile.
General Data
Allows viewing information related to the services and modules contracted in GlobalSuite® by the selected company, such as the contracted services, available modules, and the type of license.
Languages
Allows selecting which languages among those available in GlobalSUITE® will be used in the company, marking one as default. These languages will be the ones in which customizable parameters can be configured.
Users will be able to select which language they want to use from the available ones, being created with the default language.
The languages currently available in GlobalSUITE® are:
Spanish
English
Portuguese
Basque
Catalan
German
French
Brazilian
NOTE: The activation of new languages among the available ones must be requested from the support service.
Company Data
You will be able to view data such as the Tax ID, Company Name, Phone, Address, Contact Persons, etc., about the selected company.
