Crisis Management Plans

• Finalize: Allows finalizing the Crisis Management.

• Send Notifications: Allows informing via email the personnel responsible for the tasks to be performed to complete the test in question.

• Control and Summary: This option is similar to what is developed in the section 'Plans/Test Program'

Plan Data

• Status: Allows indicating the status of the plans related to crisis management.

• Execution Date: Allows setting the execution date of the plan.

• Completion Date: Allows setting the completion date of the plan.

• Delay Margin: Allows entering the delay margin within which tasks can be started or completed.

Continuity Plans

The continuity plans option allows associating the different plans established in the Crisis Management Plan.

Recovery Plans and Sequences

The recovery plans and sequences option allows associating the different recovery plans established in the section 'Plans/Recovery Plans' to manage the crisis and its execution sequences.

Task Tree

The task tree allows the user to establish the different tasks to be performed to manage the crisis. The options provided by the table are as follows:

• Add Offers the possibility to insert a recovery sequence.

• Disassociate Allows disassociating a recovery sequence along with the tasks defined in it from the table. To do this, the desired sequence must be selected and the 'Disassociate' button pressed.

• Delete Allows deleting a recovery sequence along with the tasks defined in it from the table. To do this, the desired sequence must be selected and the 'Delete' button pressed.

• New Allows inserting a new sequence into the table.

• View All Offers the possibility to view all tasks to be performed.

• Expand Allows expanding or collapsing the task tree.
