Corrective and Preventive

Regarding the management of Corrective and Preventive Actions, GlobalSUITE provides an option to register, process, and store all such actions received from any area.

Once inside the corrective and preventive actions option, by default, you will find the list of all those that remain open or closed:

• New: Allows you to manually generate corrective or preventive actions.

• Delete: Allows you to delete the generated actions.

• Copy: This option allows you to copy a corrective or preventive action that has been previously defined.

• Show: By using GlobalSUITE as a knowledge database, this option allows you to select to display only those actions that are open, or alternatively both open and closed ones, through the dropdown menu available in this option.

• Show graphs: Allows you to represent all those actions that have been defined.

• Download: Allows you to download the list of Corrective and Preventive actions in Excel or CSV format. This report will be available in Pending Downloads.

Import: This option allows you to perform a bulk upload of Actions found in an Excel file. By clicking the button, the tool requests an Excel file that must contain a set of columns with the information of the Actions to be imported. The order of the columns does not matter as it allows you to select those you want to import.
