Changes and Deliveries

The Changes and Deliveries option will allow managing all those changes and their corresponding deliveries made. It should be noted that they can be opened manually, or alternatively, be generated automatically by clients from the client portal through a Ticket.

On the main screen, all those requests that are not yet in a closed state appear, as well as the following options:
New: Allows generating different types of changes.
Delete: Allows deleting changes.
Copy: This option allows copying a change that has been previously defined.
Show: By using GlobalSUITE® as a knowledge database, this option allows you to select to display only those changes that are open, or alternatively all, through the dropdown menu available in this option.

Download: Allows downloading the list of changes represented in both Excel or CSV format. This report will be available in Pending Downloads.
Show graphs: Allows representing all those changes and deliveries that have been defined. This option allows us to display statistical images as seen in the incident options.
The solution allows you to graphically and separately view the status of the changes made and generated.
The generated images allow displaying:
Totals: All registered changes.
Open: Only represent those that remain open.
Closed: Only represent those that remain closed.
It also allows representing any type of combination among these options. Similarly, the images can be printed directly or downloaded in PNG, JPEG, PDF, and vector SVG formats.

Import: This option allows performing a bulk upload of Changes found in an Excel file. By clicking the button, the tool requests an Excel file that must contain a set of columns with the information of the Changes to be imported, regardless of the order of the columns, as it allows selecting those to be imported.
