Organizational Users

This section shows the manager a table with the different users registered for the management of their company.

The functionality of this option has already been explained in the section 'Settings/Users' (to access directly, click the following link: Users). Below, the types of users for consulting, gold, and platinum companies are explained.

User Types

In addition to the roles already explained for companies with an Enterprise license, there are other additional roles for companies with a higher license. These roles are organizational, meaning they allow access to the companies where they have privileges. When any of these roles access a company, they have the highest privileges over it. The roles are as follows:

• Platinum: User available for companies with a Platinum license. They can create Gold, Consulting, and Enterprise companies, as well as access all the companies that are located below the Platinum-type company to which they belong.

• Gold: User available for companies with a Gold license. They can create Consulting and Enterprise companies, as well as access all the companies that are located below the Gold-type company to which they belong.

• Consulting Administrator: User available for companies with a Consulting license. They can create Enterprise companies, as well as access all the companies that are located below the Consulting-type company to which they belong.

• Consulting: User available for companies with a Consulting license. The user can access the environments assigned to them. For this, any of the three previous users must include the user with the "Consulting" role as a consultant associated with the company.
