Crisis Management Configuration

This option contains different tables and fields to configure the specific functionalities of Crisis Management.

Criteria

  • Affected Area Criterion: By selecting this field, the "Affected Area" criterion will appear in the list of activation criteria in the Crisis Management Plans.

  • Service Criterion: By selecting this field, the "Service" criterion will appear in the list of activation criteria in the Crisis Management Plans.

  • Priority Criterion: By selecting this field, the "Priority" criterion will appear in the list of activation criteria in the Crisis Management Plans.


Impacts

This section allows defining the different impacts that can affect a crisis. These levels are used in the Crisis Management Plans and in Crisis Management. It is possible to assign the name and description in both Spanish and English.



Crisis Levels

This section allows defining the levels that a crisis can have. These levels are used in the Crisis Management Plans and in Crisis Management. It is possible to assign the name and description in both Spanish and English, as well as the order and color.

The options available in this section are:

  • Add: Allows inserting a new entry in the table.

  • Delete: Enables deleting levels from the table. To do this, select the desired row and press the 'Delete' button.

  • Move Up: Provides the option to move up the position in which the level will be displayed in the list.

  • Move Down: Provides the option to move down the position in which the level will be displayed in the list.

  • Change Color: Allows changing the color used to highlight the level.



Crisis Levels by Impact

This section allows defining the mapping between the previously defined Impacts and Levels.


States: Disruptive Events and Resolutive Actions

This section allows defining states of the Disruptive Events and Resolutive Actions that will be used in the Crisis Management option. It is possible to assign the name in both Spanish and English.

  • Final State: Allows indicating if a state should be considered as final.

Show Items in Crisis Management: By selecting this field, a table will appear to associate Items in the Crisis Management Plans and Crisis Management.
