Historical BIAs

This option allows storing and later consulting the evaluations of BIAs conducted in previous periods. To do this, by clicking the "Create Historical" button, a window will open where we can select which Individual and Consolidated BIAs to include in the historical record.

If we include Consolidated BIAs in the Historical, the Individual BIAs used in their consolidation will automatically be added.

In addition to the BIA data, the configuration existing at that time will be stored. Therefore, even if the structure of the BIA form or the questions included within it are modified, the historical record will maintain the exact information and structure it had at the time it was created.

In the main Historical table, we have all the BIA records available, allowing us to see the date the historical record was created and the type of BIA (Individual or Consolidated).

If you want to delete historical records, you can do so by selecting the desired ones and clicking the "Delete" button.

When accessing a Historical BIA, we can consult all its information, as well as download it in .docx format (by clicking "Download" and then "Docx Report").
