Expansion of text fields in Whistleblowing Channel
The character limit in the text fields of the complaint form and the timeline is increased, allowing for the registration and consultation of more extensive information throughout the entire process.
The character limit in the text fields used when registering a complaint from the channel has been increased from 1,550 to a maximum of 5,000 characters.
These fields now dynamically expand as the user types, facilitating the drafting of more detailed content. This expansion also applies when consulting the complaint from the back office, where the fields will be displayed fully and without truncation.
In the complaint timeline, comments also support up to 5,000 characters. In the subject view, an ellipsis and a tooltip are applied after 1,000 characters to maintain the readability of the list, while the full content of the comment is displayed in its entirety when consulted.
This change does not modify the current behavior of saving, exporting, or displaying texts, maintaining compatibility with the functionalities already available.
