Voice recording
In this version, the functionality incorporated in a previous version ( v3.10) is expanded, allowing users to file a new report by recording voice audios with the information they want to register.
This can complement or replace the written form to facilitate the creation and submission of reports quickly and easily.
Before storing the recording, a voice distortion process is carried out to ensure the privacy and anonymity of the reporter.
Starting from this version, the reporter will be able to continue interacting with the report managers by recording new voice audios (with the same distortion process) to provide new information.
This recording will be attached as a follow-up to the report (in a .wma file format), visible in its Timeline. And if the notification is configured, the report managers will be alerted.
The functionality will allow pausing the recording and resuming it, up to a maximum duration of 10 minutes.
And once completed, it can be played back to verify the content and assigned a subject before sending it.

To be able to make recordings in the follow-up of a previous report, as well as when registering a new one, it must be enabled in the Configurations > System section, in the Communications block, through the field “Allow recording audio files to the communicator“.
