New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC
- Security and parameterization improvements in the Ticketing Workflows: The possibility of marking the field blocks of a ticket as Read Only has been included, for each state of the Workflow.
-
If in the workflow configuration, a section of the ticket form is marked as Read Only for a state, the ticket managers will be able to view the fields of that section but will not be able to modify them.
-
These fields can be downloaded in the ticket's .docx report.
-
It will still be possible to configure hiding a section for a state of the flow, in which case the fields will not be visible or editable.
- Internal improvements and bug fixes.
New features and general improvements in GlobalSuite® Continuity
- Automation and expansion of consolidation of BIAs: The functionality to consolidate a Consolidated BIA of a business process from an Individual BIA has been expanded.
-
In case the Consolidated BIA of a process is consolidated from a single BIA, in addition to the impact assessment over time, the rest of the fields will be copied, including MTPD, RTO, RPO, dimension assessments, and the customized questions configured in Administration > Continuity > BIA Configuration.
-
Additionally, in the case of Table Element type questions, the elements identified in these questions will be included in the Inventory and in the element tree under the evaluated business process.
- Improvements and expansion in the report of Individual BIAs: The information in the report downloaded from the main BIAs list has been restructured to incorporate the functionality.
-
The report with the information of the performed BIAs is now generated in CSV format instead of .xlsx format. This CSV format is a standard that allows the exploitation and transfer of risk information to other systems, facilitating interconnection and exploitation.
-
In upcoming versions, the report will be expanded with the rest of the sections and fields of the Individual BIAs, and the same format will be applied to the Consolidated BIAs.
- Possibility to hide the criticality in the BIAs: If the functionality to obtain and calculate a criticality value for the processes (based on the impact assessment) is not desired, it can be deactivated in the BIA Configuration section of Administration.
-
If disabled, the field will no longer appear in the impact table or in the various views where it is currently displayed. It will also not appear in the BIA List Reports (CSV Report) or in the BIA form reports (Docx Report).
-
If criticality is enabled, it can still be obtained based on the established calculation criteria and will be displayed in all parts of the tool.
