v6.56 (December 2022)

New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC

- Usability improvements in the new module of Surveys of Items, Risks, and Controls : A usability improvement has been incorporated to allow consulting, editing, and reviewing the textual fields of RCE surveys, in case they include extensive texts.

  • In the tables of Items, Risks, and Controls, the details of the textual dimensions can be consulted in an external window to facilitate reading (a field appears in each cell to view the details)

  • In the forms or records, text boxes will expand to display all the content of each field without the need for a scrollbar within the field.

- Expansion of Risk Import : The possibility of importing the Grouping or Type of Risk that can be associated with the threats or risks defined in the analysis has been incorporated, to categorize them and obtain aggregated results.

  • When the Data Import module is available in the Risk Analysis option, it will be possible to import the Types of Risk for each one, in a second sheet of the file to be imported, allowing the association of multiple types or groupings of risk to each one.

  • The Excel Import Model with the additional structure can be downloaded from the Items Table

- Editable External Control ID field: Until now, the External ID field, available in the controls record of the risk analysis, could only be loaded through the import of controls in Excel

  • The control will be editable both in the main table and in the controls form, allowing the use of this field without the need to import it, if it is visible (the configuration is done in Items Methodology > Control Record).

  • The field will be included in the reports available for these fields.

- Optimization improvement of Historical Records: In the Historical Records section of the analysis, the view has been optimized to consult the items of the Inventory for a specific date

  • Restructuring of the Inventory view of Items for a historical record, allowing information to be consulted more efficiently.

  • Optimization of the Report download:

    • The download is now generated in the background to avoid user waiting. Once generated, it can be obtained in the Pending Downloads section.

    • The generated file has been changed from Excel format to CSV format to facilitate subsequent exploitation.

- Internal improvements and bug fixes.

New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® Continuity

- Improvement in BIA surveys : From now on, it will be possible to configure BIA Survey Models (both Time-based BIA and Impact-based BIA ) to exclude the MTPD and Impact assessment fields, allowing the creation of surveys to collect other information about processes outside of these fields.

  • As with the other BIA fields, both the MTPD and the Impact tables (qualitative, quantitative, in critical period) can be hidden from the survey template or model to avoid including them in the surveys.

  • This information will not be consolidated in the BIA if it is not included in the survey.
