New features and general improvements of GlobalSUITE®
- Activation of the Workflow for Document Manager by Subentities: From now on, it is possible to selectively enable or disable the approval workflow of the GlobalSUITE® document manager for each subentity.

If it is disabled in the General Configuration of the document manager for the company, none of the entities will be able to use the Workflow.

If it is enabled at the company level, all entities will have it activated by default.

It can be selectively disabled for entities that want it in the Administration section > Subentities
NOTE: If the use of Workflows is disabled for a subentity, restrictions and flows will be removed: new documents and versions can be uploaded, statuses can be changed manually, and all files and folders will be visible (for users who have access to the option).
- Customization of fields in the Scope form: Ability to show or hide fields in the Start > Scope form and customize field names.

From now on, it will be possible to enable or disable the fields included in the Scope record, in the Administration section.

It will also be possible to customize the field names and translate them into all the languages available in the environment.

The report generated in the option will adapt to this field customization.
