New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC
- User Integration API: In this product version, we have incorporated capabilities to interact with Users, allowing the automation of their management.

The query and retrieval of users and assigned roles are available to audit the access control to the application.

It is possible to create, modify, and delete users, allowing the update of personal data, activation or deactivation of access, or assignment of different profiles and usage privileges in GlobalSuite®.
By using the APIs, you can integrate GlobalSuite® with other applications, tools, or systems in your corporate ecosystem. For example:

You can automate the creation of records from other tools.

Synchronize information to export it to another tool for its data processing.

Export records to store them in a repository or data lake (EDL).

GlobalSuite® Audit Management

Update Map:

In this version, for ongoing audit tasks, pressing the Update Map button will not only incorporate new elements but also update the information (name, category) of previous elements if they have been modified in the Inventory.
This is in addition to the dimension updates that the functionality was already performing. -
If the button is not pressed, the information of the Audit Task in progress will retain the original information to preserve the data audited at the time.
