Configuration of Automatic Textual Dimensions
This improvement introduces the ability to configure automatic textual dimensions in audit planning, aiming to facilitate the copying and visualization of textual dimensions from the Inventory in the Audit Planning Methodology.

Configuration of Textual Dimensions: Allows configuring automatic textual dimensions in the Audit Planning Methodology and selecting this type of dimensions from the Inventory in the formula editor.

Table of Audit Plan :

Visualization: Automatic textual dimensions are displayed by default and can be hidden from the table header.

Planning Calculation: Textual dimensions are automatically updated for each item during the planning calculation.

Visualization in the Tab Work Planning : Automatic textual dimensions are displayed by default in the lower table.

Excel Report: Automatic textual dimensions are included in the downloadable reports of both views in Excel format.

Propagation: In case of having sub-entities, automatic textual dimensions are included in the data propagation of the planning.
Syslog / SIEM Integration
This new feature allows sending logs and records from GlobalSuite to the company's log reception system (Syslog server or SIEM), including both Access Logs and Action Logs, enabling centralized storage for the entire corporate solutions ecosystem, as well as processing them to detect anomalies and potential security issues.
Key Features
GlobalSuite GRC now integrates natively with your organization's Syslog or SIEM server, providing centralized and secure visibility of activity across all your corporate applications. This new feature uses the RFC 5424 standard to send logs in a common format, ensuring compatibility and compliance with recognized logging formats. Among its main features, it allows sending access logs as well as detailed logs of key actions (creation, modification, and deletion of records). This integration facilitates unified control of critical events and optimizes response capabilities in risk management.
