Ability to customize and configure the texts of the Administration parameters in all available languages. These texts will appear based on the user's language.

- Document Manager: Ability to configure in the Workflow whether alerts are sent when it transitions to Published status.

Automatic dates: ability to indicate whether a date field is automatically completed with the Creation, Modification, or Closure date of a Ticket.

Access via link in email alerts and notifications. When an alert is received, the email includes a direct link to the ticket being notified.

Improvements in Ticket Alert Configuration (Post Days Interval, Pre Days Interval, Date Field).

Complete logs: In the Logs section of the tool, all ticket information is stored with greater readability.

- Projection and Simulation of Treatment Plans (Risk Management). Allows evaluating treatment plans and performing risk projections.
- Risk Map (Risk Assessment). It is possible to define which dimensions are visible by default.
- Risk Surveys (from Risk Analysis). New columns and fields for more information in that view.
- Calculate RA in surveys: Ability to model in the surveys of Items, Risks, and Controls whether calculations are performed directly when modifying values or by pressing a button.

GlobalSUITE® Security Certification (CSWA)
As part of the continuous improvement cycle in our development processes used in GlobalSUITE®, we have conducted an external validation through a security audit of Ethical Hacking.
This verification has been carried out according to the OWASP Top Ten 2017 and API Security Top 10 2019 standards, integrating the controls proposed by both standards into our verification and compliance processes.
This audit process has certified the security and resilience of GlobalSUITE®, resulting in the CSWA certificate, in our SaaS and On-Premise environments.
