Reopen tasks: The ability to reopen Audit tasks that are in the "Closed" status and move them to the "In progress" status has been added.
This improvement will provide the ability to edit again, make changes, and add additional information to previously closed Audit Tasks.

CSV Download: Optimization of Ticket Report generation

From now on, reports of all Ticket types will be generated in csv format instead of .xlsx format.

If the data volume is very large, all records will be included in a single file, instead of being divided into several separate Excel files, making subsequent consultation easier.
This CSV format is a standard that allows the exploitation and transfer of risk information to other systems, facilitating interconnection and exploitation.
The generated report will be available in the Pending Downloads section.
