Automation of Survey Notification Launch
In this version, we have added a new functionality to the GlobalSuite® survey module that will allow the automation of alert sending to survey managers and recipients for all types of surveys.
This functionality will facilitate tracking and enable greater efficiency and versatility in survey management, providing greater control and automation throughout the process.

Survey Expiration Notifications
From now on, for external type submissions, without the need for a user to access the survey, it will be possible to send notifications to the managers and recipients of surveys nearing completion that have not yet been completed, as well as those that are completed but not yet finalized. The new functionalities are:

Sending notifications to the survey manager to notify of an upcoming closing date, facilitating the tracking of all surveys they are responsible for.

Sending notifications to the survey manager for surveys that are completed but not yet finalized.

Sending notifications to recipients, who are responsible for answering the survey, for surveys nearing completion that have not yet been completed. In this way, they will be reminded multiple times of the closing date.

They will be calculated based on the survey closing date.

Option to choose the timeframe for notifying the upcoming survey expiration.

Notification of Survey Assigned to the Recipient
These notifications can be configured in the Surveys - Survey Configuration section. The main features are:

They can be configured for both internal and external surveys.

They are configurable from the survey launch date.

Possibility to choose the sending frequency and;

the time during which the notification will be active.

They will be sent as long as the survey is not completed.
