Welcome Message Customization for the Channel
From now on, for a Whistleblowing Channel, it will be possible to enhance the customization of the message that appears on the main view of the Communications Channel, including links to documentation or external help pages (such as Privacy Policies, user guides, other communication channels, etc.).
This improvement, along with others incorporated in upcoming versions, allows adapting the message or information to be provided to whistleblowers, making the use of the channel simpler, clearer, more direct, and tailored to the needs of each company.
The main features are:
- The links or URLs included in the configuration, within the section Settings > Customization, will be available to access those resources by clicking directly, and they will open in a new tab.
- The format, including line breaks and tabulations, will be respected and visible on any device.
- This text can continue to be customized for any of the languages available in the environment, and it will appear to the communicator based on the selected language.
