New features and general improvements of GlobalSUITE®
- Document Manager: New version of the document management module. The functionality is restructured to improve usability, navigation, and performance of the main view.
A folder, path, and level navigation approach has been implemented, similar to a traditional file system. This will make searching, navigating, locating, and loading information faster and easier.
Among the main features added to this functionality are:

Improved localization. The current folder path is always visible at the top.

Ease of navigation through links to access a folder or download a file.

Visibility of the current path through a navigation bar, allowing navigation between folders or to higher paths.

Search engine to locate files or folders by any parameter and at any lower level, with direct access to it or its path.

Improved alerts and notifications sent by the Document Manager: Now all alerts include a link to directly access the affected file.

Ability to download all folder content in a .zip file.

Simplification of the button bar. Some actions have been optimized:

The assignment of Workflows to folders, as well as changing the Workflow of a document, is done by double-clicking on the corresponding cell.

Downloading the file or document is done by clicking the link included in its name.

Renaming a file or folder is done through a specific button next to each record.

Download all current information in a CSV file, including the path of each file or folder, responsible party, status, associated workflows.
- Project Management: Parameterization of the project progress calculation type.

Ability to change the progress calculation criteria so that instead of being proportional to the number of tasks and their duration, it only considers the number of final tasks completed relative to the total.
- Risk Analysis: New option View > Tree, in the risk view of an element.

If the use of Dependencies is enabled in the Inventory, it is possible to consult in a pop-up window where the current element is located in the hierarchical structure, filtering the tree and highlighting its location in bold, to have the information without needing to access another section.
- Internal performance improvements and bug fixes.
