New features and improvements – Dynamic Excel Reports

New field available in reports: SELECT-NESTED fields from tickets

This improvement introduces the ability to display in Dynamic Excel Reports, the values of SELECT-NESTED fields from tickets, aiming to allow detailed visualization of the information of selected options and sub-options.

Main features

  • It is now possible to include in the reports the values associated with options and sub-options of SELECT-NESTED fields from tickets.

  • For each selected option and sub-option, the following can be extracted:

    • The name.

    • The description.

    • The abbreviation.

    • The value.

  • Compatibility with ticket listing reports by type, maintaining the current functionality.
