Adaptation to the new 2022 Version: replaces the previous one (Royal Decree 311/2022, of May 3, which regulates the National Security Framework)
-
Multiple Assessments: It will now be possible to manage more than one assessment of the Security Measures indicated in the NSF of the versions:
-
RD 951/2015
-
RD 311/2022

Assessment Copy: The functionality to duplicate records that include all the information of the assessments is incorporated.
In this new version, customers will have a record with the evaluation of the security measures they had.
-
Historical Records: It will be possible to create historical records of the assessments, which will store the security levels and applicability of the requirements at the time they are performed.
-
Assessment Filtering: By default, GlobalSuite® will display active assessments (in green), but all can be displayed in the main list.
-
Security Level: Even if the System Categorization is modified, these historical versions will maintain the original degree of applicability.

-
Document Traceability: The functionality to associate documents from the Document Manager to measures or requirements, as well as controls registered in Control Management, is included.

Adequacy Plan
-
Multiple Plans: From now on, it will be possible to create several Adequacy Plans based on the evaluations of Security Measures of the NSF for both supported versions:
-
RD 951/2015

RD 311/2022
-
In this new version, customers will have a record with the active Adequacy Plan if they have one. Otherwise, the list will appear empty
-
Automatic Creation: Adequacy plans can be created with all applicable security measures that have any control not fully implemented. Additionally, detailed tracking of each control can be performed, and its progress can be viewed in real-time.
-
Historical Records: It will be possible to create historical records to store the state of an adequacy plan and review its evolution.
-
Advanced Filters: It will be possible to filter by controls and actions independently.
-
Report Download: It will be possible to generate a CSV report of the controls and actions to be implemented to allow better review and analysis of the data.
