New features and general improvements in GlobalSuite® Continuity
New BIA survey client
The interface of BIA by Impact surveys has been completely renewed, with a new client that is more intuitive, organized, and designed to facilitate navigation and content configuration. The new user experience follows the same approach as the current survey client for Elements, Risks, and Controls (RCE), providing consistency and familiarity for those already working with that model.
The main improvements introduced include:
New tab and block navigation
Survey configuration is now organized into more accessible and structured sections, making it easier to review information and edit in parts.
Improvements in the survey response experience
The ability to define fields as mandatory has been added to the BIA survey model, a feature that was not previously available. Additionally, an informative legend has been added at the top of the form, showing in real-time the percentage of pending questions, indicating how many are mandatory and how many are optional.
When expanding the details, the system indicates in which tab each of the pending questions is located and allows direct navigation to them with a click. This improvement facilitates progress tracking and ensures a more agile review before completing the survey.
More intuitive error validation
In case of errors, the system now clearly and directly shows the specific section where the issue is located, speeding up its identification and correction.
Change tracking
The change log in BIA surveys has been improved, allowing greater control over the modifications made throughout the survey's lifecycle. From now on, the system clearly distinguishes between two types of tracking:
-
On one hand, the system's automatic logs, which document actions performed in a structured way.
-
On the other hand, the manual comments, which are now presented in a new conversation-style mode, more visual and focused on user interaction.
This separation allows for clearer consultation of changes and a more organized and contextual tracking of adjustment history.
All changes made to BIA surveys are now recorded in the system, improving modification control and historical tracking of adjustments.
