New features and general improvements of GlobalSUITE®
- Integration API: From GlobalSuite Solutions, we want to enhance the interconnection of the solution within the business.
By using the APIs, you can integrate GlobalSUITE® with the rest of the applications, tools, or systems in your corporate ecosystem. For example:

You can automate the import of assets from other tools.

Synchronize information to export it to another tool for management.

Export records to store them in a repository or data lake (EDL).

Main features:

API Key → Activation of API usage through an integration key to securely use the resources.
The client can independently enable, disable, or renew the different Keys used, as well as set an expiration for greater security. -
JSON → Standard format for receiving structured information.

CRUD → Atomic functions corresponding to the basic operations of reading/retrieving, creating, updating, and deleting (Create, Read, Update, and Delete).
In this first phase, we activate the use of the GlobalSUITE® API to provide capabilities to manage the Inventory API, where you can integrate the identification, definition, and evaluation of the management system elements. In future versions, we will incorporate additional capabilities.

New features and general improvements in GlobalSUITE® Continuity
- Risk Analysis: New option View > BIA, in the risk view of an element

If the use of Dependencies is activated in the Inventory, it is possible to consult in a pop-up window where the current element is located in the hierarchical structure, filtering the tree and highlighting its location in bold, to have the information without needing to access another section.

This view allows displaying the elements hierarchically, including the Business Continuity information resulting from the Consolidated BIAs for the processes: Criticality, RTO, MTPD, RT.

Filters and searches can be performed in the different columns.
