New allowed file formats
Starting from this version, it will be possible to include attachments in .wav and .wma formats both in the communication form and in the internal management and tracking of the Channel.

This .wma file format is used in the voice distortion audio recording functionality that was introduced in version 3.10 of GlobalSuite® Whistleblower Channel.
In this way, it is possible to process the file (trimming it) to reattach it to the communication, or to make external recordings and upload them as an attachment to the report itself.

Additionally, the .wav format is used by the telephone switchboard service, which is an alternative channel to the web form for confidentially registering communications or reports.
These voice files received through the telephone channel can be uploaded to the solution for centralized management and treatment.
