Optimization of Ticket Report Generation
From now on, it will be possible to download Ticket Reports in two formats: CSV and Excel.
This expansion in download options provides users with the ability to select the tool that best suits their needs and capabilities, while ensuring greater compatibility, efficiency, and flexibility in handling and analyzing ticket report data.

Excel Report: Offers the ability to download reports in Excel format, ensuring compatibility with various systems and applications.

CSV Report: In cases where the data volume is very large, all records will be included in a single file instead of being split into multiple separate Excel files, making subsequent consultation easier.
This CSV format is a standard that allows the exploitation and transfer of risk information to other systems, facilitating interconnection and exploitation.
The generated report will be available in the Pending Downloads section.
