New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC
- Management improvements for Treatment Plans : Within the Risk Management option, in the section Treatment Plan Tracking the possibility of maintaining the actions associated with the Treatment Plans when implementing them has been included.

From now on, when implementing completed Treatment Plans, it will be possible to decide whether to delete the actions included in each Plan or keep them.

These treatment plans will be managed as implemented controls from Control Management, keeping the actions performed.

New features and general improvements in GlobalSuite® Continuity
- Expansion in the Consolidated BIAs report: The information in the report downloaded from the main view of Consolidated BIAs of the Processes has been restructured to incorporate the possibility of exporting additional information from the completed BIAs.

The report with the information of the completed BIAs is now generated in CSV format instead of .xlsx format. This CSV format is a standard that allows the exploitation and transfer of risk information to other systems, facilitating interconnection and exploitation.

The report with the information of the BIAs, grouped in a .zip file, includes a CSV report for each of the customizable questions of type Table or Table Elements (configured in Administration > Business Continuity > BIA Configuration)

The information on the Impact assessment (qualitative and quantitative) for all BIAs is included.
- Improvements in the consolidation of BIAs: From this version, several improvements and automations are included to facilitate the transfer of information from Individual BIAs to the Consolidated BIA of the Business Process and to the Inventory.

When consolidating the final BIA of a Process from an Individual BIA, a copy of all the information from the selected BIA will be made, including the Business Impact assessment, MTPD, RTO, and customized questions.

The dimensions assessed for the Business Process will be definitively applied to it in the Inventory.

Additionally, the elements included in the questions of type Table Elements will be consolidated in the Inventory and included under the Business Process in the Element Tree.
NOTE: If any matching element already exists in the Inventory, it will not be transferred, and the consolidation results can be consulted in a generated report.
