The new GlobalSuite Solutions Interface marks a significant step forward in the platform's evolution.

In this version, we have completely revamped the visual design to offer a more modern, clear, and coherent experience, while keeping the functionalities and workflows you already know intact.

This redesign is comprehensive: it affects all screens and components but focuses exclusively on the visual aspect, without altering workflows or functional logic.

And, moreover, this change has a special meaning: it is the first visible step of a new era.

Welcome to GlobalSuite Quantum

GlobalSuite Quantum represents that same leap applied to the GRC world.
An evolution of the platform towards a more fluid, connected architecture, ready to interpret changing environments, anticipate risks with greater clarity, and turn compliance management into a true competitive advantage.

This leap begins with the most visible aspect for the user: a redesigned experience, sharper, more coherent, and ready to accelerate decision-making.

Objective of the change

The main objective of this redesign is twofold:

1. Modernize the visual appearance, aligning it with the new visual identity of GlobalSuite Solutions.

2. Improve usability, making navigation cleaner and information easier to read and locate.

All of this with a clear priority: improving the experience without forcing you to relearn the tool. The usage base remains the same, but now it is more pleasant, organized, and consistent.

What has changed visually?

In this version, the following elements have been primarily updated:

• Color palette and general style
  Colors have been unified across modules, and contrast has been enhanced to better differentiate main buttons, states, alerts, and interactive elements.

• Typography and information hierarchy
  Font, sizes, and weights have been adjusted to improve readability, especially in tables, forms, and screens with high information density.

• Spacing, margins, and alignment
  Spacing between blocks, sections, and components has been increased to make reading more comfortable and the structure of each screen clearer.

• Components and iconography
  Buttons, tabs, cards, dialog boxes, navigation bars, and other common elements have been redesigned with a more consistent and modern style.

In summary, the solution “looks different,” but the information is in the same places.

What remains the same?

Although the appearance has changed, the usage logic remains the same. Specifically:

• The available functionalities are the same.

• The navigation structure (sections, options, and modules) is preserved.

• The workflows (creation, editing, approval, queries, reports, etc.) follow the same steps.

• The names of menus, fields, and actions have not been modified.

If you were already working with GlobalSuite Solutions, you can continue doing so in the same way. What changes is how the information is visually presented: more coherent, cleaner, and more optimized.

Can I use the old design?

No. In this global update, it is not possible to keep the old design, as we aim for a unified experience aligned with the evolution brought by GlobalSuite Quantum.

The new GlobalSuite Solutions Interface completely replaces the old design.

Relation with the manual and screenshots

It is possible that, for a while, some screenshots in this manual will show screens with the old design. Although the visual aspect may not match exactly:

• The names of the options and fields remain valid.

• The described steps remain the same.

• The content structure corresponds to the new interface.

We will progressively update the manual's images to align them with the new GlobalSuite Solutions Interface.

Next steps: a foundation prepared for GlobalSuite Quantum

This visual update is the first step within a broader roadmap of continuous improvement.

On this new foundation, we will continue advancing towards GlobalSuite Quantum, refining the user experience and progressively incorporating capabilities such as:

• Advanced automation, so that processes and tasks are resolved more autonomously.

• Enhanced usability, with more unified workflows that streamline daily work.

• Integrated artificial intelligence, capable of interpreting information and recommending actions.

• Economic quantification of risk, turning risk into a clear and actionable figure.

In the meantime, you can continue using GlobalSuite Solutions as usual:
the change is visual, but your way of working remains the same.
