National Security Framework. Adaptation RD 311/2022

Adaptation to the new 2022 Version: replaces the previous one (Royal Decree 311/2022, of May 3, which regulates the National Security Framework)

Multiple Assessments: It will now be possible to manage more than one assessment of the Security Measures indicated in the NSF of the versions:

Assessment Copy: The functionality to duplicate records that include all the information of the assessments has been added.
In this new version, clients will have a record with the NSF assessment they had.

Historical Records: It will be possible to create historical records of the assessments, which will store the security levels and applicability of the requirements at the time they are performed.

Assessment Filtering: By default, GlobalSuite® will display active assessments (in green), but all can be displayed in the main list.

Security Level: Even if the System Categorization is modified, these historical versions will maintain the original degree of applicability.

Advanced Filters: The possibility to filter by actions independently in the "Action Search" section has been added.

Document Traceability: The functionality to associate documents from the Document Manager to measures or requirements, as well as controls registered in Control Management, has been included.

Report Download: It will be possible to generate reports in Docx format for both active and historical records, which will contain all their information.

Control Exclusion: If any NSF requirement is not applicable, it can be indicated, in which case it will not be counted to mark a security measure as adequate.
