New Survey Module for Items, Risks, and Controls
At GlobalSuite Solutions, we have focused on redesigning and modernizing the survey module to identify, evaluate, and update the data of Items, Risks, and Controls (RCE), focusing on optimizing and improving the user experience. Among the main changes we have incorporated are:

Faster and smoother navigation in survey data: By reducing loading and response times and focusing on usability, we have made it easier to view related information, always keeping the different levels of information visible.

Structural improvements when completing the survey: We have simplified the different types of RCE survey views, allowing you to review and complete the information both in table format, with the list of all records, and by accessing a detailed sheet for each one.

Ability to attach and send user guides and instructions to explain to recipients how to complete the survey.

Comments section: Smoother communication between the different responsible parties, and the ability to record comments and send them to the people involved (recipient and publisher).

Other functionalities and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC
- Document Manager : Expanded search and filtering capabilities

If Workflow usage is enabled in the Document Manager Configuration, it will be possible to search by the document's responsible party in the current state, in any path of the manager.

It is now possible to filter by document date, in addition to the filters available so far.

Filters applied can be easily cleared using a "Clear Filters" button.
- Internal improvements and bug fixes.
New functionalities and general improvements of GlobalSuite® Continuity
- Improvements and expansion in the report of Individual BIAs : The information in the report downloaded from the main list of Individual BIAs has been restructured to include the possibility of exporting additional information from the completed BIAs.

The report with the BIA information, grouped in a .zip file, includes a CSV report for each customizable Table-type question (configured in Administration > Business Continuity > BIA Configuration).

In upcoming versions, the report will be expanded with the rest of the sections and fields of the Individual BIAs, and the same format will be applied to the Consolidated BIAs.
