New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC

- Ticketing Integration API: In this product version, we have incorporated capabilities to interact with Tickets, allowing for their management to be automated.

  • It is now possible to query and retrieve tickets of any type (Incidents, Changes, Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions, Loss Events, etc.), with advanced filtering and sorting options.

  • It is possible to create, modify, and delete tickets, completing all their text, numeric, selector, or date fields.

  • You can also assign a workflow and the employees responsible for its management, notifying them by email if applicable.

By using the APIs, you can integrate GlobalSuite® with other applications, tools, or systems in your corporate ecosystem. For example:

  • You can automate the creation of records from other tools.

  • Synchronize information to export it to another tool for its data processing.

  • Export records to store them in a repository or data lake (EDL).
