New features and general improvements of GlobalSuite® GRC
- Ticketing Integration API: In this product version, we have incorporated capabilities to interact with Tickets, allowing for their management to be automated.

It is now possible to query and retrieve tickets of any type (Incidents, Changes, Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions, Loss Events, etc.), with advanced filtering and sorting options.

It is possible to create, modify, and delete tickets, completing all their text, numeric, selector, or date fields.

You can also assign a workflow and the employees responsible for its management, notifying them by email if applicable.
By using the APIs, you can integrate GlobalSuite® with other applications, tools, or systems in your corporate ecosystem. For example:

You can automate the creation of records from other tools.

Synchronize information to export it to another tool for its data processing.

Export records to store them in a repository or data lake (EDL).
