Excel reports for the DORA regulation
This improvement introduces a predefined template to generate Excel reports specific to the DORA regulation, complementing the already existing functionality of dynamic ticket reports in Excel.
Main features:

Incorporation of preconfigured templates with the fields required by DORA, available for direct download from Settings > Templates > Reports, in the Download template option.

All DORA-specific tickets include the aliases of the ticket fields configured by default, to facilitate direct download without the need for additional adjustments in the predefined templates.

This functionality complements the previously published improvement for generating dynamic reports in Excel, adding a direct application to regulatory frameworks like DORA.
