New features and general improvements in GlobalSuite® GRC

- Improvements in Alerts for Ticketing: Ticketing Alerts have been enabled to send notifications to Workflow managers. As with other recipients, such as Owners or Employees, alerts can be configured to be sent to the users responsible for the ticket in the following cases:

  • Ticket Modification: In case of a status change, it notifies the responsible parties of the next status (this alert is additional to the Notify check that can be marked on the ticket itself).

  • Ticket Closure: When a ticket transitions to a final state in the Workflow.

  • Unattended Tickets: A configurable periodic alert that notifies the responsible parties if they have tickets in an initial state.

  • Assigned Tickets: A periodic alert that notifies the responsible parties of the tickets assigned to them.

In all cases, it will be possible to define which roles and/or employees will receive these alerts. If a user is not configured in the alert, they will not receive it even if they are assigned to the ticket, providing greater flexibility in managing these notifications.
