Voice recording
An improvement has been implemented that allows the inclusion of voice recordings as part of the reporting process.
It is now possible to configure whether whistleblowers will be allowed to record (distorted) voice audios in the form for a new report or in the follow-up of already registered reports.
This provides the option to make voice reports securely and confidentially, in addition to the traditional option of making text reports.

Configuration
-
This option can be configured in the Settings > System section, in the Communications block, through the new field “Allow recording audio files for the communicator“.
It is also possible to include a default recording instructions message that will be displayed to the communicator when making the recording, which can be edited. Additionally, the language in which it will be displayed can be selected.
To display the option, the "Attachments" field must be configured in the corresponding section
-
-
Communication View
-
In the whistleblower's view, the new functionality is accessed by clicking the + and selecting "Record audio"
Once the "Record audio" option is selected, an interface will be displayed allowing the whistleblower to make the recording. Upon completing the recording, the resulting file will be attached to the report communication in wma format.
This ensures that the audio recording is available and accessible for review by those responsible for managing the report and the whistleblower.
This improvement provides the whistleblower with a convenient and secure way to provide additional information through voice recordings.
-
Action Logs Download
In this version, the ability to export action logs performed on Channel settings and data into a CSV file has been added.
-
In the Logs > Actions section, a download button will be included to generate all records of creation, modification, or deletion of information.
-
This file will include the columns that have been left visible in the list, and if filters are applied, those that match the applied filter.
-
Platform Update: Change to VMware as the standard for new on-premises installations
We inform you that, with the release of versions X.Y.Z of GlobalSuite and A.B.C of the Communication Channel, we are discontinuing support and technical assistance for the deployment of new on-premises infrastructure based on Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization environments.
We made this decision because the open virtualization appliances containing the new versions of our products are not compatible with Microsoft's hypervisor software deployment technology.
Instead, VMware becomes the only supported platform and operational standard for new on-prem installations.
