New features and general improvements in GlobalSuite® Continuity
- Incorporation of Dimensions into Element Tables in BIAs: A new functionality has been added to manually incorporate dimensions from the Element Methodology to assess assets as part of the BIA of a process.

These dimensions (qualitative, quantitative, textual) can be modified in the Individual BIA itself and automatically transferred to the Consolidated BIA.

They will also be assessed in the Time-based BIA or Impact-based BIA surveys to evaluate both existing elements and new ones that are identified.

Additionally, these dimensions have been included in the reports that can be generated in .docx format for a BIA, or in .xlsx listings for all of them, allowing the review of the assessment of critical elements involved in the operation of business processes.
- Improvements in BIA consolidation: From now on, the capabilities of automatic consolidation of Individual BIAs into the Consolidated BIA of the Business Process, which were included in v6.53 of GlobalSuite®, are expanded to include the ability to Transfer to Inventory new elements identified during the Business Impact Analysis.

This action will be available for all Custom Questions (Element Tables) in Consolidated BIAs.

When a new element from a Custom Question is transferred, the record will be created in the Inventory and included under the Business Process in the Element Tree.
- Improvements in the creation of BIA Surveys: This version includes the functionality to create surveys by Time or by Impact based on a BIA of that process.

Until now, GlobalSuite® allowed creating and publishing BIA surveys that could be created empty or by taking data from a previously answered survey.

From now on, it will be possible to choose in the Survey Configuration whether to take data from a source BIA (Individual or Consolidated), allowing the recipient to update only the changes made , ensuring the use of up-to-date information and simplifying consolidation.
- Internal improvements and bug fixes.
