The AI Panel brings together the artificial intelligence tools of GlobalSuite® aimed at facilitating the analysis and management of regulations.
Its goal is to support the user in compliance assessment, gap identification, and the definition of improvement actions.
The panel offers the following functionalities:
GSS-AI Assistant
Allows the analysis of the Compliance catalog using artificial intelligence to facilitate its assessment.
The assistant allows:

Analyze and summarize requirements of a regulation, highlighting those with greater relevance or lower compliance levels.

Evaluate the level of compliance, both globally and by categories.

Determine the applicability of the requirements, differentiating between mandatory and optional.

Identify gaps, comparing the implementation level with the applicability of the requirements.

Detect pending actions, including action plans and audit requirements.

Compare regulations, identifying synergies and equivalent controls.

Propose controls and evidence to improve the level of compliance.

Analyze compliance evolution, using historical information.
Automation of proposals and controls
The assistant allows automatically incorporating the proposals generated within GlobalSuite®.

The proposed actions are displayed in table format and can be selected to include them in risk analysis, as a treatment plan or as an implemented control.

The generated controls can be directly associated with the requirements of the regulation.
