Detailed features of Cloud and OnPrem modalities

GlobalSuite® Infrastructure:
Both modalities are hosted on proprietary infrastructure managed by GlobalSuite Solutions.

Continuous updates:
In both cases, users will immediately and transparently have access to new capabilities and functional improvements released in each product version, as they are part of a continuous improvement process.

Support and maintenance:
Within both distribution models, our Customer Support Center can address any request or issue immediately, and handle it and make adjustments quickly and effectively.

Flexibility in scaling:
Both in Cloud GlobalSuite® and Dedicated Cloud, it is possible to adjust the number of users, storage, and functional limits according to the contracted licensing and client needs.

High availability:
Both models include measures applied under ISO 22301 for Business Continuity to support the service in two redundant DPCs.

Backup management:
For both cases, there is a backup policy that allows saving a backup every 2 hours.

Perimeter security measures:
For both modalities, there are networking security measures (WAF, Firewall) against external attacks.

Corporate infrastructure:
In this modality, GlobalSuite will be deployed in the client's data center.

Planned updates:
Updates will be carried out periodically in a scheduled manner, including grouped changes from several product versions in a single package.

Support and maintenance:
Within this distribution modality, our Customer Support Center will require support from the client's IT team to perform maintenance activities or have access to the Appliance (via VPN or other means).

Scaling:
In OnPremise modalities, the scaling of computing capacities and storage space is provided by the client.

Backup management and system monitoring are carried out by the client according to established policies.

Security measures depend on the company's internal network.
Cloud GlobalSuite® Features

GlobalSuite® Customization:
The Dedicated Cloud modality allows customization of various aspects specific to the client's instance, such as the corporate logo, main screen image, and the platform's URL name.

Access limitation and authentication mechanisms:
With a personalized and unique URL, it is possible to configure restrictions to limit tool usage, as well as enable specific authentication mechanisms like Active Directory or LDAP.

Support and maintenance:
With this distribution modality, interventions and problem corrections can be carried out independently and in agreement with the client.

Additional security measures:
These environments have an additional security layer due to isolation at both DB and file levels.

Dedicated processing resources:
Resources for performing large data processing tasks (calculations, report generation) are managed independently, so they are not affected by user peaks or concurrent tasks in other GlobalSuite® instances.
Exclusive GlobalSuite Cloud Capabilities
Among the advanced capabilities and functionalities incorporated into the various GlobalSuite® modules, some are only available in the Cloud modality, including:
Artificial Intelligence Assistants
The various Artificial Intelligence assistants and agents integrated into several GlobalSuite® modules are only available in Cloud modalities, as this ensures secure and controlled use of the proprietary service and ecosystem detailed in this section.
The main AI features incorporated into GlobalSuite Cloud are:

AI Assistant: a conversational chatbot that helps resolve questions about GRC and the use of GlobalSuite, as well as the capabilities included in each new version.

AI Risk and Control Generator: Guided assistant that suggests risks and controls based on the company's context and the scope of the risk analysis.

AI Document Processing: Assistant for analyzing and proposing improvements to documents incorporated into the system's document manager.

AI Compliance Assistant: Assistant for analyzing a compliance assessment (a regulation) in GlobalSuite, identifying key points and making improvements or proposals to align with it.
Business Intelligence
The GlobalSuite® BI Analysis module integrates visualization capabilities and decision-making support directly into GlobalSuite®, providing interactive reports, graphs, and tables within the solution. It includes both predefined visualizations and custom dashboards with various data sources from the corporate ecosystem, enabling cross-referencing and exploitation of information in this business intelligence module.
Integration Marketplace (Predefined Connectors)
GlobalSuite® has a Marketplace of connectors that allows easy, secure, and efficient integration of GRC information with other commercial or corporate tools used in the organization. It offers a catalog of out-of-the-box connectors that enable quick and direct configuration and synchronization of data in GlobalSuite Cloud instances.
Although the GlobalSuite API is available in the OnPremise modality for specific integrations, either autonomously or with support from the GlobalSuite Solutions integration team.
