Business Continuity

The information systems that support GlobalSuite Solutions' products are certified under ISO 22301, ensuring they follow best practices when planning business continuity in the event of a disruptive incident.

Our continuity strategies are based on replicating our infrastructure across different availability zones, ensuring that in the event of an incident that could jeopardize any of these zones, we are able to continue providing the service within the committed timeframes to our customers in a secure and reliable manner.

High Availability

All our production services are designed with a high-availability architecture located in our different data centers. In the event of a disruptive incident, we have the capability to balance services between our data centers or regions within them.

Continuous Monitoring and Alerting

To activate our continuity plans, we have continuous monitoring and alerting systems that allow us to identify potential failures or events and provide early warnings to detect potential anomalous events.

These processes are essential for activating our continuity plans, as our alternative production will be triggered based on certain pre-identified events.

Business Continuity Testing

Conducting our continuity tests is essential to ensure our resilience and evaluate our recovery capacity in the face of incidents that could jeopardize our production. To this end, we perform periodic tests of our Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to identify failures and weaknesses that might not be evident until a real incident occurs.

Our continuity tests range from standard tabletop simulation exercises to full availability simulation tests or failover between different availability zones.

We conduct comprehensive tests at least annually, which are also audited by accredited entities in business continuity, ensuring their proper execution, compliance with our customer requirements, and alignment with industry regulations and standards.

Service Availability

The commitment to GlobalSuite Solutions' services is regulated through our Service Level Agreements (SLA), which define the minimum uptime we guarantee to our customers. This SLA uptime is calculated annually and is set at 99%.

In the event that an unplanned incident affects service availability, GlobalSuite will attempt to restore normal operations of its cloud products according to defined time objectives:

RTO

24 hours

RPO

12 hours

Continuity Strategies

Our continuity strategies are primarily based on having alternative sites to support the production of information systems considered critical after a prior assessment.
