Physical security in our data centers
GlobalSuite ensures that its data centers have the highest physical security measures. The data center providers are responsible for the security of the buildings, cooling, power supply, and physical security. Additionally, the data centers are equipped with 24x7x365 monitoring and surveillance, controlled climate, redundant power supply and generators, and permanently guaranteed Internet access (multi-homed).
Access to the data centers is restricted to a small group of authorized personnel. Any other access requires prior approval and becomes a ticket that must be approved by the relevant managers. Two-factor authentication and biometric authentication are used to enter the facilities. Access logs, activity logs, and camera recordings are available in case an incident occurs.
Physical security in our offices
Our offices have access control systems for different areas based on each employee's role. Additionally, video surveillance systems are in place.
The management of these systems is restricted to a small group of individuals, and all access is pre-approved by the relevant managers.
