At GlobalSuite Solutions, we are committed to ensuring that all our staff know how to perform their work safely and have the tools and knowledge necessary to act accordingly. Promoting a security-oriented mindset is an essential part of our corporate culture and directly contributes to strengthening our resilience against potential cyberattacks.
Security Training and Awareness
All GlobalSuite Solutions staff receive security training as part of the onboarding process and subsequently on an annual basis. This program ensures that our teams work aligned with best security practices and are aware of the most current threats.
Our awareness program covers both internal staff and collaborators or contractors who may face similar risks, ensuring a consistent level of knowledge and protection.
The training content includes, among others:

Current security threats and emerging trends.

Identification and reporting of phishing attempts and other social engineering campaigns.

Information management and classification.

Customer data protection and regulatory compliance.

Early identification, communication, and management of security risks.
In addition to this general training, specialized training is provided to technical teams, including developers, on secure coding practices, vulnerability management, and product design with a “security by design” approach.
This training and awareness program is documented and reviewed annually as part of our Corporate Training Plan.
