The GlobalSuite Solutions products, in their SaaS mode, are deployed on a cloud infrastructure administered and managed by GlobalSuite Solutions personnel. This architecture is physically separated into different regions located within the European area.
In general, our solutions use a microservices-based architecture to ensure scalability. Each of our clients' instances operates in a multi-tenant environment with logical segregation of data and the processes that handle them.
We primarily have three productive data centers: Digital Reality (Interxion), AWS, and Azure. Additionally, to support production, we also use a series of providers that offer transversal services; user identity management, vulnerability management tools, data analytics, etc.
This redundancy of data centers and services based on different providers allows us to have continuity strategies based on redundancy and the recovery of our services in the event of a disruptive event.
Digital Reality
This data center houses computing, connectivity, and information resources. It serves as an access point to our infrastructure and the consumption of our products.
In addition to the mentioned resources, we have perimeter protection systems that enable us to provide our services in a secure and reliable manner.
AWS
This data center houses computing, connectivity, and information resources. It serves as an access point to our infrastructure and the consumption of our products.
We use this public cloud infrastructure to have a contingency environment in case of a business continuity situation.
Azure
This data center allows us to have computing, connectivity, and cloud storage resources.
The Azure infrastructure provides us with the ability to scale our operations in an agile and efficient manner, ensuring business continuity and providing a robust and secure environment for our critical applications. Additionally, its advanced security and analytics tools allow us to maintain high standards of protection and optimization in our solutions.
