The GlobalSuite Marketplace connector with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) allows you to natively integrate your GRC solution with Microsoft's identity and access management system. Thanks to this integration, you can automate user and group synchronization, enhance access traceability and security, and facilitate single sign-on (SSO) in GlobalSuite.

This integration is ideal for organizations already using Microsoft 365, Azure, or other Microsoft services and looking to strengthen their identity governance within their GRC ecosystem.

This synchronized information from this server can be transferred to the Users, Roles, and Employees sections of GlobalSuite.

Installation

  1. Access the Marketplace of GlobalSuite® and install the "Entra ID Source" connector.

  2. Go to Settings and complete the required information.

  3. Define the synchronization frequency (daily, weekly, monthly).

  4. Save and activate the integration.

NOTE: Activating the integration will immediately launch it to continue with the indicated frequency.


To configure field mapping and where they will be stored in GlobalSuite, use the GlobalSuite Sink connector.


There is the possibility to test the synchronization with a test environment before moving to production. Ask your GSS contact person for more information.
