The Marketplace is a new application within the GlobalSuite ecosystem that allows you to easily integrate your GRC solution with external applications and systems through predefined and configurable connectors.
Do I need technical knowledge to configure a connector?
Not necessarily. Using the support documentation, it is possible to configure a connector from the Marketplace without having technical knowledge.
However, it is necessary to have credentials and permissions to connect to external systems, which may be limited by security measures (authorization, perimeter controls, and firewall), so it is recommended to have technical profiles on the client side.
Can I customize the behavior of an integration?
Yes. Different aspects can be configured:

What limitations are there for the Marketplace?
The use of the marketplace is associated with the contracted licensing. Depending on the type of GlobalSuite GRC license, there is a limit on the number of connectors that can be activated.
If the available limit has been exceeded, you can contact the sales team to upgrade to a higher license.
What do I need if I want to start using the Marketplace?
If the Marketplace is included, you can request its activation from the Customer Support Center.
You can also indicate which GlobalSuite users will have access to the Marketplace so that CSC can authorize them.
What happens if the connector I need is not available?
If there is no connector in the catalog for one of your corporate applications or for a specific use case, contact the sales representative to propose a tailored solution.
