Forms Sections

This option allows us to create and edit the sections for each of the Tickets. This options offers the possibility of grouping different fields of the ticket in different modules.

• New: It allows to create a "New Section", we will have to have selected a ticket type so that the button is enabled.

• Remove: It removes an existing section

• Move up/Move down: It will allow us to change the order in the ticket of the selected section.

It allows us to change the name of the section in Spanish and English and mark if we want this section to appear on the form in an expanded or reduced form.

Below we can see how the ticket form is displayed with the sections, they keep an order and appear expanded or not as we have configured them:

NOTE: For a section to appear on the form, you must have at least one field configured.
